Terms and Conditions

• Travel Strix is not responsible for visa rejections, as visa approval is a government agency’s discretion.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Special room requests (King Bed, Twin Bed, Adjoining Rooms) are subject to availability at the hotel.
• Early check-in & late check-out are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
• National Park Fees & Tourism Tax (if applicable) must be paid directly at the hotel.
• Security deposits may be required by the resort and will be refunded upon check-out.
• RTPCR Test (if required) is not included in the package.

Cancellation Policy

• If canceled 31 days or more before departure, ₹10,000 per person will be deducted.
• If canceled 30 – 16 days before departure, 50% of the total land cost will be deducted.
• If canceled 15 – 8 days before departure, 75% of the total land cost will be deducted.
• If canceled 7 – 0 days before departure, 100% cancellation fee applies.

COVID Lockdown Policy

• If lockdown occurs one month before travel, a full refund will be provided (processed after the travel date).
• If lockdown occurs within one month of travel, a credit note will be issued for future bookings.
• Regular cancellation policy applies if cancellation occurs without lockdown restrictions.
